python环境的搭建（MAVLink协议生成器）

1安装 python 2.7
2安装 setuptools
下载安装的脚本https://bootstrap.pypa.io/ez_setup.py，下载该脚本后运行python ez_setup.py即可。脚本会自动判断python的版本，自动下载，安装。
3安装 pip
在Python的官网上去下载，下载地址是：https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pip#downloads ：下载完成之后，解压到一个文件夹，用CMD控制台进入解压目录，输入：python setup.py install
4用pip命令安装mavgenerate.py 所缺少的模块
